Life Transitions often are accompanied by stress, anxiety, fear, doubt, worry and resistance.When we are resistant to what is, we are not connected to our intuition which offers us solutions and answers. We are not present in the moment or with others often leading to conflict and more stress.Self care is imperative in moving through life changes with ease, joy and productivity!
